Corsham Rugby Club’s 1st XV is the club’s senior men’s first team and currently competes in Counties 1 Tribute Ale Southern South, part of the South West rugby league structure.

The team has built a solid reputation as a competitive community rugby side, representing Corsham in league rugby against clubs from across Wiltshire, Dorset and the wider region. In recent seasons, the 1st XV has established itself at Counties 1 level, following promotion from Counties 2 Tribute Dorset & Wilts Central, a league they won in the 2022–23 season.

That title-winning campaign was one of the side’s key recent achievements and marked Corsham’s return to tier-seven rugby. The 1st XV has also enjoyed previous success, including winning Dorset & Wilts 1 North in 2016–17 and producing a strong follow-up season in Southern Counties South.

Today, Corsham Rugby 1st XV remains the flagship team of the club. With a history of promotion-winning seasons and a strong local identity, the side continues to play an important role in Wiltshire rugby.
