The side gives young players the opportunity to continue their rugby journey in a competitive, team-focused environment as they prepare for the step into senior rugby. For many players, the Cobras are the final stage of age-grade rugby at Corsham RFC and an important bridge between the junior section and the club’s senior men’s teams.

Competing in U18 and Colts rugby, the Cobras regularly test themselves against strong local and regional opposition. Their fixtures provide a valuable mix of challenge, development and enjoyment, helping players build their skills, confidence and understanding of the game.

The squad has shown real character in recent seasons, including strong performances in Division 1 competition and Colts fixtures. Results such as their narrow 36–34 win over Bournemouth U18 Colts highlight the spirit, commitment and attacking quality within the group.

More than just a team, the Cobras represent the future of Corsham Rugby Club. They play an important role in developing the next generation of players, keeping young people involved in the game and strengthening the club from within.

With dedicated coaching, committed players and strong support from families and the wider club, Corsham Cobras continue to be an exciting and important part of rugby at Corsham RFC.
